Use the order date and keep the case reference
Start with the date of the order you are trying to retrieve, not the year in the case number or the date you downloaded another document. Keep the case type, number, year and party names nearby to distinguish records from the same day.
Choose the date and run the search
Select Open order-date search. The page has a Date field with the placeholder From and a calendar control. Choose the intended date, complete the pictured code and select Show. Recheck the date written in the field before submitting.
Match the record and then the document
If results appear, compare the case reference before opening a document. In the document itself, check the case identity, parties and order date again. Keep separate orders separate even when they concern the same case; the date is part of the identity you need.
Save a usable copy or change the search
If a document opens, save it and reopen the saved file to check that its pages are readable. Keep the source page and order date with it. If the date is uncertain but the case reference is known, use Open order search by case number.
Open order search by case numberIf a result or file is unavailable
A missing online result does not establish that no order was passed. Keep the date, case reference and exact problem: no match, file will not open, or pages are unreadable. Use Open e-Sewa contacts to ask where to obtain help for that record.
