The court has a separate e-certified-copy portal with registration and login.

This is an independent professional website, not Patna High Court or a government service.

Start on the court portal

Select Open certified-copy portal. The landing page offers Login and New User. It also has Check User Registration Status; that checks registration, not whether a copy is ready.

Register or sign in

Choose the applicant type that matches you: Advocate, Party, Public Officer or Any Other User. New User shows identity, name, mobile, email and identity-proof fields. Follow the form’s current requirements; enter the mobile number and OTP only on the court service.

Before requesting a copy

Keep the case reference and the particular order or document you need nearby. After signing in, read the service’s current instructions for your category, charges and delivery. The steps after login have not been tested in this guide.

Keep the confirmation

Save any acknowledgement or requisition reference the service gives you. Use the separate tracking guide for Copy Status Search; do not treat a registration confirmation as confirmation that a copy request was submitted.

If you are stuck

Check that you chose the correct applicant category and entered the registered mobile number. The portal identifies its contact as hcpat-bih[at]nic.in. Do not send anyone your OTP or password. Confirm an uncertain fee or delivery instruction with the court service.
