Choose the reference you have

Select Open certified-copy status. The court form offers Search By Req No or Case No. Use the requisition reference from your copy-request papers if you have it.

Complete the matching search

For Req No, enter Requisition No. For Case No, use the case type, number and year fields displayed by the form. Complete the displayed code and use the form’s search button.

Match the request

Compare any result with the case and copy reference on your acknowledgement. Read the status as shown; do not infer that a copy is ready merely because the case exists.

If no matching status appears

Recheck the reference and search type. Keep the acknowledgement available when asking the court service about the request. For a new request, return to the certified-copy portal guide; this status search does not create a request.
