Prepare
Optional: gather your bill or order details and a short description. Do not share passwords, OTPs or bank PINs with anyone.
Step 1
Open National Consumer Helpline and choose Register Grievance → Register. Follow the registration or Consumer login prompts.
Step 2
The official page also lists telephone, WhatsApp, NCH Mobile App and UMANG routes; use the contact details currently shown there.
Step 3
Use 'Track Your Grievance' → 'Track Now' to follow it and 'Upload Documents' → 'Upload' to add papers.
What to check
Check that you have a grievance/docket number and that tracking shows your entry; the page does not promise a refund or a particular outcome.
If you need help
The helpline is a grievance channel; the page links the National, State and District Consumer Commissions and e-Jagriti separately—filing a commission case is a different step (see the commission guide).
