Confirm the identifier and token year
Ask for the advocate’s AUIN and the Year of Token recorded for the filing you need. Keep the case type and party names available for comparison. The form asks for token year: do not automatically enter today’s year or an enrollment year.
Run the AUIN search
Select Open AUIN case search. Choose Nature of Case if you know the type; the list also shows “- ALL -”. Enter AUIN and Year of Token in their own boxes. Complete the pictured code and select Show.
Identify the case you actually need
Compare any returned case reference with the parties and papers you have. Note the full type, number and year of each possible match. Use Open individual case status to inspect an identified case without relying only on the advocate identifier.
Open individual case statusFor a hearing list, change the service
If your question is which matters are listed for a hearing, use Open cause-list searches. Its directory provides AUIN Wise Search and Advocate Name Wise Search. A case-status result alone does not provide a confirmed hearing plan.
Open cause-list searchesIf the result is empty or unexpected
Reconfirm the AUIN, token year and selected type with the advocate or filing record before changing values. Keep a note of the combination you tried. If the individual case number is already known, use that route instead of guessing another person’s identifier.
