Find the list for a hearing

This route searches by judge. Keep the intended hearing date and judge’s name ready. If you know only the case number or a party’s name, use the matching guide under Related guides.

Select Open cause-list search. Choose the list type, date and judge on the court page. Complete its displayed code; an audio option is available. Use the search control on that page.

Match the case number and parties, and read the court or bench and item number shown in the list. Check the date on the list itself before keeping a copy.

Reopen the current list rather than relying only on a saved copy. If you cannot find the matter, check the search details and any relevant additional list, then confirm with your advocate. The list does not replace the court’s order.
