Prepare a name and a second identifier
Copy the party name as written in your case papers. Keep the intended hearing-list date, case type, number, year and the other party’s name if available. These details help separate your matter from other entries with the same name.
Check the selected date before searching
Select Open party-name hearing search. Under Daily Cause List, choose the Date you intend to inspect and enter Party Name. The initial date may be a previously published list, so read it before entering Captcha and selecting Show.
Record the matching listing
Compare the complete case reference and parties, then record the list date and any court or item number shown with that entry. Save those details together. A name match alone is not enough, and a list item number should not be treated as a promised hearing time.
If the spelling does not find the case
Recheck the name against the papers and confirm the date. If you know the complete case reference, use Open hearing search by case number to try a different identifier. Read the date and heading of any resulting list rather than assuming it is for the date you intended.
Open hearing search by case numberIf the date or page is unavailable
Only offered dates can be selected. An absent date or blank result does not settle whether you must attend. Ask your advocate to confirm the listing. For a page problem, use Open e-Sewa contacts and note the date selected, name entered and error message.
