Prepare document uploads, indexing and e-signing

Use Open court notices and read any current e-filing notice under General Notices. A tutorial being available does not establish that the filing portal is accepting submissions at that time. Keep your case or filing reference and the role you will use ready.

For your own check, list each intended document, its filename, page count and intended order. Open each file and check legibility, orientation and missing pages. This is a preparation checklist; confirm the actual format, size and signing requirements in the official service before uploading.

Before confirming an upload or signature, check the case reference and filename. If the portal provides a preview or index, compare its page order and document names with your inventory. Keep any confirmation and the status actually shown; then check the separate final-submission guidance.
