Step 1
On serviceonline.bihar.gov.in, click 'नागरिक अनुभाग' → 'आवेदन की स्थिति देखें'.
Step 2
In the form that appears, select the appropriate options, enter the आवेदन सन्दर्भ संख्या and दिनांक, and press [Submit]; the portal says the status will be displayed.
Step 3
To download, use 'सर्टिफिकेट डाउनलोड करें' or the channels the portal lists—SMS download link, e-mail attachment, DigiLocker, ServicePlus inbox, or Kiosk/CSC/RTPS counter.
